Keeps shutting down

This keeps shutting down. Its okay not accurate all the time. When the monthly subscription was supposed to automatically renew didnt. Plus it also ended my subscription 4 days before it was supposed to.

Wouldnt call it the best about Route4Me Route Planner, v7.2.2
