Not impressed yet

I was all excited to try this app but was very disappointed. Upon starting a route the app would not add stops when selecting from my contact list. The app also continuously crashes so I cant even get very far in the process. I sent error reports and an email to support so hopefully they will get this issue fixed so I can actually use the app.
